- Eliciting mandatory team requirements (behaviours, experience and skills)
- Determining team member pathways (attract new, develop existing, retention opportunities and /or redeploy elsewhere).
- Defining role description (position accountability and remuneration advice).
- Sourcing talent (including candidate search, shortlisting and quality assurance).
- Facilitating periodic team member satisfaction check-ins (early intervention of potential candidate dissatisfaction).
